Project Overview
For my software development project Stinger Sprint, I led a team to design and implement a game using Python and the PyGame framework. The project was structured around the Scrum methodology, with Jira used to manage sprints, user stories, and task assignments. As team lead, I coordinated development efforts, facilitated sprint planning meetings, and ensured progress stayed aligned with our goals and deadlines.
Throughout the project, we applied agile practices to iteratively build and refine game features, ranging from core gameplay mechanics to user interface design. By fostering collaboration and emphasizing clear communication, I guided the team in overcoming technical challenges and delivering an engaging game. The experience deepened my understanding of agile workflows, and highlighted the value of structured project management in software engineering.
